̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ HRD Office, together with employees from ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡TV Channel and the Office of Institutional Advancement, distributes Christmas Gift Packs at ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡TV Channel/EXCEL Center on December 3, 2025, from 10:00-11:00 AM.

The ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ Human Resource Development Office (HRDO) conducted its annual distribution of Christmas Gift Packs from December 1 to 5, 2025, reaching a wide range of university personnel.

Recipients included Administrators; Academic and Non-Academic Unit Heads; Deans and Principals; Faculty members including Regular, Probationary, Part-time with Benefits, and Retired/Re-hired; Staff (Regular and Probationary); Section Heads of the College of Medicine; Job Order Personnel; Coaches; and Security Guards.


̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ HRD Office continues the distribution of Christmas Gift Packs at the AVR, Loreto D. Tupaz (LDT) Hall on December 3, 2025, from 3:00-4:00 PM.

The gift packs were distributed across multiple university locations according to a scheduled timetable:

  • December 1, Monday – College of Engineering offices and Dean’s Office; Franklin Hall Conference Room; Grounds Upkeep and Maintenance office; Dr. Lenwood Edge Building 105.
  • December 2, Tuesday – Junior High School (JHS 101), Senior High School (2nd floor lobby, SHS Building), Mary Thomas Building (MT 102/MT AVR1), and Psych Test Room, Old Valentine 104.
  • December 3, Wednesday – New Valentine 101, TV Channel/EXCEL Center, Lobby of Celiz-Ancheta & Pagsuberon-Cruz Hall, and AVR, Loreto D. Tupaz Hall.
  • December 4, Thursday – Knowledge for Development Center (KDC), Henry Luce III Library; Sports Office Conference Room, University Gym; Elementary Library, Dr. Agustin A. Pulido Hall (Elementary School Complex); Stage area, Promenade.
  • December 5, Friday – 2nd floor lobby of Dr. Rex D. Drilon Hall (Administration Building); HRD Office, 2F Dr. Alfonso Uy Building for personnel who missed earlier schedules.

The activity aims to recognize and appreciate the contributions of the university’s workforce while fostering a festive spirit among employees.
