On February 5, 2024, the ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ Gender and Development (GAD) Committee chaired by Dr. Jelvit Amor Alicante conducted a virtual benchmarking activity with Dr. Marianne Villaruel, Director of the GAD Office of Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) and her staff.
̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ recognizes TAU’s well-established GAD program, as evidenced by its high ranking in SDG 5 (Gender Equality) in the Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings.
The benchmarking activity was attended by members of ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡â€™s GAD Committee. Moving forward, the GAD Committee aims to optimize the university’s GAD programs and initiatives.
