Participants during the seminar-workshop on Effective Document Control and Effective Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action last June 24-25, 2024, gathered for a photo opportunity.
The ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ (̽»¨¾«Ñ¡) Review, Continuing Education and Consultancy Center (RCECC) successfully held a seminar-workshop on “Effective Document Control and Effective Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action” last June 24-25, 2024, at the Educational Media Center (EMC) Conference Room.
The two-day event aimed to equip participants with essential knowledge and skills in managing and controlling documents in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 QMS standards. Participants were also taught systematic methods for identifying and addressing the root causes of problems within their organizations.
Mrs. Cynthia R. Ramirez, a seasoned expert in the field, served as the resource speaker for the seminar-workshop. Her expertise significantly contributed to the participants’ learning experience.
The seminar was a collaborative effort between the ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ RCECC and the Office for Institutional Advancement. Both offices expressed their gratitude to all participants for their active involvement and contributions to the seminar’s success.
The ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ RCECC continues to offer various training programs and seminars to address the evolving needs of the community.
