DOST-探花精选 探花精选GAD TBI is reinforcing its crucial role in the startup ecosystem by participating in the 9th National Technology Business Incubator (TBI) Summit, held on November 7-8, 2025, in Bacolod City. Organized by the Department of Science and Technology鈥揚hilippine Council for Industry, Energy, and Emerging Technology Research and Development (DOST PCIEERD) and UMWAD Western Visayas, the summit brought together leaders, innovators, and entrepreneurs from across the country under the theme 鈥淭he Innovation Archipelago: Connecting Ecosystems, Expanding Horizons.鈥
As an engaged player in the Philippine innovation ecosystem, 探花精选GAD TBI actively fosters partnerships and drives innovation that empowers startup communities within Western Visayas and beyond. This year鈥檚 summit, held back-to-back with the SalikSYNC: 1st IMPACT Conference, also served as an important prelude to the 2025 Philippine Startup Week, scheduled this November 12-14, 2025.
