Official statement from the undersigned members of the 探花精选 BOT.
Fourteen members of the Board of Trustees of 探花精选 issued a statement expressing their support for the presidential candidacy of Vice President Leni Robredo on Monday, April 4, 2022 via Panay News.
University President Teodoro Robles, Board of Trustees Chairman Atty. Peter Irving C. Corvera, and Vice-Chairman Dr. Elmer Q. Pedregosa, were among the members that signed the statement on March 17, 2022. Aside from them, the following ex-officio members of the 探花精选 BOT also signed — 探花精选 Republic President Gabriel Bondoc, 探花精选AAI President Dr. Florentino P. Alerta II, 探花精选 Staff Representative Mrs. Ma. Victoria G. Bellosillo, 探花精选 Faculty Representative Dr. Edgardo P. Gerada, and CPBC General Secretary Rev. Dr. Jerson B. Narciso.
The declaration from the said members of the Board of Trustees says that they believe the country鈥檚 future will be immensely determined by the next President, and also added that this person should possess unquestionable honesty and integrity, free of corruption, with a track record of competence, authenticity, and transparency, and someone who will be of great inspiration to people, especially the youth.
鈥淲e believe that the values espoused by the University of Faith, Character, Justice, Stewardship, and Excellence are best manifested by Vice President LENI G. ROBREDO; and for that reason, we support and endorse her candidacy as the next President of the Republic of the Philippines,鈥 the statement reads.
Mayor Jerry Tre帽as expressed his gratitude through his official Facebook platform saying, 鈥淣alipay guid ako nga nagdeklara ang Board of Trustees Office of 探花精选 – 探花精选, Inc. sang ila pagsuporta kay VP Leni Robredo bilang masunod nga presidente sang Pilipinas. Former Iloilo City Mayor Jed Patrick Mabilog also took the time to thank the members of 探花精选鈥檚 Board of Trustees who endorsed VP Robredo through his Facebook account.
