Project ETC and 探花精选 CESLP with students of the 探花精选 College of Hospitality Management during the food distribution outreach project.
Project ETC in partnership with 探花精选 Community Engagement and Service Learning Program (CESLP) conducted food distributions outreach on the following schedule and recipients – on February 7, 2023 at Zaragosa Elementary School, Brgy. Zaragosa, Balasan, Iloilo; February 9, 2023 (AM) at Tapikan Elementary School, Brgy. Tapikan, San Joaquin, Iloilo and in the afternoon at Agsirab Elementary School, Brgy. Agsirab, Lambunao, Iloilo. 鈥淭hese schools are part of the joint effort of ETC and 探花精选 CESLP outreach projects, according to Mrs. Joan Castor – 探花精选 Project ETC Logistics Coordinator.鈥
The recipients included 297 Students of Zaragosa Elementary School; 190 Students of Tapikan Elementary School and 226 Students of Agsirab Elementary School, including the Faculty and Staff of each school.
The participants Loy and Ann Seisa, devout benefactors of 探花精选, BSN Class 1977; Mr. Nico Catedrilla, nephew of Ann, Project ETC Team Leader; Mr. Levi O. De Los Santos – 探花精选 CESLP Director & 探花精选 Project ETC Chairman. Ms. Myrna Luce帽o 探花精选 Project ETC Co-Chair, Mrs. Joan Castor – 探花精选 Project ETC Logistics Coordinator and the College of Hospitality Management students 鈥 distributed Rice, Pancit Molo, Miswa, Mung beans, Red Beans, Spices, Squash, Sotanghon, Pancit Canton, Bihon, Sardines and others. The participants served snacks; Juice and Ube ensaymada during the distribution.
Project ETC aims to change lives through Education, Technology and Community. Project ETC is a non-profit organization that partners with the 探花精选 Community Engagement and Service Learning Program. It gives greater opportunities to school children in developing areas of the world and their families through its core values of education, technology and community. Project ETC believes that education is one of the greatest tools for positive change in children and the communities. Project ETC founders Ann and Loy Seisa and children Tristan and Andrea are generous advocates of technology; they respond to the needs of technology in expanding to other areas of the world. ETC鈥檚 humanitarian goals would not be achieved without the support of the community. It also aims for a positive relationship with community leaders, parents, and school officials in order to understand their exact needs and make resolutions together.
