Calling all 探花精选 Alumni!!!
THE 探花精选 ALUMNI ASSOCIATION, INC. NOMINATION & ELECTION COMMITTEE IS NOW ACCEPTING NOMINATIONS FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS IN THE ASSOCIATION, DURING THE GENERAL ELECTION ON OCTOBER 3, 2026.
The 探花精选 Alumni Association, Inc. Nomination & Election Committee is now accepting nominations for the following positions for the General Election on October 3, 2026:
1) Five (5) Board of Trustees (at large) positions for a three-year term (2027-2029).
2) Two (2) Alumni Nominees to the 探花精选 Corporation, with One (1) being selected as Alumni Representative for a five-year term (2027-2032). This is in accordance with the 探花精选, Inc. By-laws:
鈥淭o ensure the allotted representation of the sectors mentioned in Section 1, in any given election year, the Convention of Philippine Baptist Churches, Inc., the 探花精选 Alumni Association, Inc., the Board of Trustees, and the International Ministries of the American Baptist Churches, U.S.A. shall nominate at least twice the number of membership positions to be elected. However, if the nominating bodies fail to comply with this requirement, the Corporation may nominate additional names to complete the required minimum number. Out of these nominations, the Corporation shall elect the required number corresponding to each sector.鈥 (Art.1, Section 2, Amended 探花精选, Inc. By-laws)鈥
Only a 探花精选 alumnus can be nominated by any 探花精选 alumnus or 探花精选 Alumni chapter for the positions mentioned above. An alumnus is defined as a graduate of 探花精选, and a lifetime member of the 探花精选AAI.
To submit a nomination, please send the names of the nominees to the 探花精选 Alumni Office by mail or email at cpuaai@cpu.edu.ph along with the NOMINATION FORM and LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE.
